We will dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. Delivery times are usually between 14 - 28 working days from the date of the order being shipped.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking number and delivery status will be available once your product is shipped and will be sent to the email used to create your order.
If you cannot find the email sent to you with your tracking number, please email us and we will be happy to provide you with the information needed.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You can check the status of your order at any time you want. Simply click the "Track Order" on either top or bottom of our website and enter your tracking number and your there!
Alternatively, you can visit www.17track.net/en to check your shipping status.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. If for any reason you must cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, please email support@fivepavilion.com with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number. Please note the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
At Five Pavilion, we do our best to ship every product with care. Although sometimes goods are damaged during transit. If this happens to you, please email us your order number and picture or video of the damaged goods and we will be happy to organize a replacement or refund.
If we still haven't managed to answer your query please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours.
